Seibu Prince Global Rewards has replaced StayWell Rewards as of 25 April 2024, to move your existing membership and points balance across, you simply need to opt-in to our new program by providing your email address.

Under the new program “Seibu Prince Global Rewards”  (SPGR) your new membership will extend to over 85 hotels across Australia, Singapore, Japan, Middle East, India, United Kingdom, and Hawaii, as well as retail outlets, restaurants, railways and recreational facilities (including 31 golf and 10 ski resorts) operated by Seibu Group.

Your StayWell Rewards status as of 30 April 2024 will be matched once opted into the new program. All points that you hold and your tier status will not be migrated to SPGR if you do not opt-in.
